My clinical specialties are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Psychodermatology Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychological Therapy and Counselling, with clinics based in Harley Street at Cognacity, Wimpole Street, London and Windsor.

I have also created a unique three-stage transformation programme, using my skills both as a Psychologist and Coach. This clinically effective programme is divided into three areas which are then tailored to each individual client's needs and requirements: Manage your Mind - unlock your mental barriers and rewrite your own story, Balance your Body - optimise your health to optimise your life and Maximise your Mode - your style is your identity, make it work for you.

My work is passionate in supporting people and facilitating them along a self-development journey, whether it is part of the whole of my own unique Mind, Body, Mode Programme.

A letter from Sarah Jane

Therapist and Psychologist in London and Berkshire, Executive Coach, Life Coach London, Windsor, Reading, CBT Therapist, Lecturer, Happiness Consultations

Dear visitors,

I love supporting people.

Growing up, I faced two personal battles - one physical and one cognitive.

As a typical adolescent, I had my own confidence issues, however, during this period I developed a condition called Vitiligo, which causes white patches on darker skin and dark patches on whiter skin. At the time, I was devastated. To me, I felt that I wasscarred. My self-esteem hit rock bottom.

As I grew older, I faced academic difficulties; having struggled for many years with my writing, I was finally diagnosed with Dyslexia. In some ways it was a relief to have a name for it, however, I did face many difficulties with this label.

During my studies I learnt strategies, developedmy own techniques, to cope with stress. I chose to continue to study specific areas, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and slowly I re-wrote my own story and finally began to be comfortable in my own skin. My Vitiligo no longer felt like a scar but increasingly my unique identity. My dyslexia was no longer a barrier but a motivation for me to continue my doctoral studies.

As I transformed and challenged my former beliefs about myself, and as I worked with clients in the NHS and Harley Street clinics, I knew that there was more to learn and I decided to study life and executive coaching. This gave me yet another resource to utilise with clients and I found a deeper personal fulfilment. I also am a visiting lecturer on Master's programmes for future therapists. I immensely enjoy teaching self-esteem and positive psychology models and applications.

Determined to continue my aspiration to facilitate self-growth, I blend my personal experiences and academic studies to develop a clinically effective three-stage programme focusing on those areas to remove barriers and create happiness: your mind, your body and your mode.

The programme is bespoke and flexible and there are many ways in which I work to tailor to individual needs.

Explore each of the sections and I am very happy to answer any questions you may have.

I look forward to helping you find your path to happiness and fulfilment.

With my warmest wishes,

Sarah Jane
