From my experience, body confidence comes when we stop comparing our bodies to other people’s and start focusing on caring for the body we have. Coaching can help you identify unhelpful thought patterns in order for you to achieve your style and health goals.
With style coaching, I also support you to achieve the style right for you by discussing the image or brand you would like to portray and, more importantly, seeing what works best for you. We will work together to determine the right colour schemes, fabrics and types of clothing based on your body shape, colouring, personality and personal objectives so that you feel good about yourself in everyday life.

Positive psychology coaching uses the science of well-being and research-based assessments and interventions to bring about greater satisfaction, fulfilment and performance in life. Traditionally, psychiatry and psychology have studied, researched and helped those with distress. Happiness consultations are geared to those who feel a lack in meaning and fulfilment in their day-to-day life, but who are not clinically depressed or anxious. You may feel that you are chasing happiness with certain goals, such as “when I get that job promotion then I’ll be happy.” Happiness consultations will look at your values and review different aspects of your life to enable you to feel a sense of contentment.
Coaching and therapy are different. Therapy is for people experiencing a psychological issue that impacts their ability to function in a healthy and adaptive manner. The focus is on reducing the intensity and managing their emotions through cognitive, behavioural or analytic interventions.
Coaching’s main focus, in contrast, is on achieving goals and desired outcomes, drawing on the client’s strengths and their potential to enhance fulfilment in both their personal and professional lives. It is very much grounded in the here and now.
Both processes seek a type of change by developing awareness; therapy enables understanding developmentally (through the past) but coaching shines the light into unseen possibilities and strengths thus linking awareness to action.
